Snow
In a remote out-or-the-way field
that nobody knows
a blue bird passed away
at (a削除) nightfall in bitter cold.
In order to bury the lifeless body
the sky scattered snow
piled deep in dead silence.
Nobody knows that
a village cottage in the field followed the bird,
shrouded in a lady’s veil, snow-white.
It was not long before
the first streaks of light began to glimmer
in the sky, at its clear best,
beautifully bright and serine in blue,
so that their souls, tiny and graceful,
may be led to Province
through broad and widely open (to削除) space.

Sunlight
the apostles of the sun,
all together, left the sky.
The Southern who met them on the way
asked them where they were going and for what.
the first answered, saying
“I’ll scatter His brightness all over the ground
so that everyone can do his or her job well.”
The second looked highly delighted, saying
“I will have flowers come to bloom
so that everyone may enjoy the world in pleasure.”
The third looked generous and gentle in his manners, saying
“I will build an arch bridge
so that pure souls may use it for ascension.”
The last, left alone, looked sad, saying,
“I will also go with them
so that I can make (shadow) [⇒shadows] for all the beings.”

If I changed into a Flower
If I changed into a flower
I would become a very good girl.
For if I did so I would lose my speech
and disable myself from walking,
which would certainly stop me
from doing a mischievous prank.
However, if somebody came close to me
and told me that I were a disgusting flower,
then I would immediately fade in anger.
Now I realize that even if I changed into a flower,
still I would not become (good like) [⇒as good as] the flower.
