A Description of My Sentiments
When the Night Was Yet Young in a Springtime
The rain has passed over; the breeze is getting up.
The clouds, veiling the moon, are scudding by.
Ladies and gentlemen, the night of this spring day is yet young,
with disagreeably warm currents of air passing by.
I am giving a deep sigh, for some reason or other,
while peering lofty vision into the future
in pursuit of the matter that I should have taken hold of
and the same matter that somebody should have talked about.
Nobody will probably be able to talk about it.
I'm sure this will be true.
However, I'm afraid to say it might be life itself
although nobody has shown what it is all about.
This is why everyone of humans,
setting their heart at rest,
exchanges a smile or something,
passing through life.
The rain has passed over; the breeze is getting up.
The clouds, veiling the moon, are scudding by.
Ladies and gentlemen, the night of this spring day is yet young,
with a disagreeably warm current of air passing by.
