●　あとがき　

ご家族そろって ワシントンDC に駐在された吉田好江さんは、「パーティーなどでアメリカの方々によく〈夜明けの歌〉を披露しましたよ」と横浜時事英語クラブで話しておられました。

上記の英訳文の一番と二番とは、吉田さんの「ご命令?」によって何年か前の日曜日に一日かけて作成したものです。
なんとか作り終えてすぐに吉田さんにお送リしましたら、折り返し、「バイリンガルの子供がこれで分かると言っていますよ」とのご返事でした。

昨年、鮫島有美子の歌うCDを聴きましたら、なんと三番目の歌詞も歌っている！そこで急遽、再調査。三番の歌詞を見つけました。

ここにその全体像をごらんいただけましたら、たいへん、ありがたく思います。
